ARMAGH will have to do it the hard way if they're to win a fourth consecutive Ulster football title. In the quarter-final they play the 2006 finalists, Donegal, and if they win that, they'll have to play the winners of Tyrone and Fermanagh. On the other side of the draw, Down and Cavan again will meet in the preliminary round, with the winner playing Monaghan in the quarter-final.
In Connacht, the old firm of Galway and Mayo will meet each other in the provincial quarter-final, with the winner playing Leitrim or London. John Maughan's Roscommon have a glorious chance of reaching the provincial final, as they face either Sligo or New York in the semi-final.
In Munster, All Ireland champions Kerry are all but assured of reaching another Munster final, as they play Clare or Waterford in the semi-final.
Cork again face a tricky assignment in Limerick, with the winner playing Tipperary in the semi-final.
In Leinster, Dublin will face either Meath or Kildare in the quarter final, with the winner then playing either Offaly or Carlow.
Meanwhile, Munster hurling champions Cork will have their work cut out to reach a fifth straight provincial final and win a third consecutive Munster title.
In yesterday's draw for the 2007 championship, Cork were drawn to play Clare in the Munster quarter-final, with the reward for the winners a clash with fierce rivals Waterford. On the other side of the draw, Limerick and Tipperary will meet for the third consecutive year in Munster.
In Leinster, Offaly pulled the short straw, with their reward for a probable quarter-final win over Laois being a semi-final meeting with All Ireland champions Kilkenny.
