CHINESE HERBAL CHAIN EYES IRISH MARKET

CHINESE herbal remedy retailer Dr & Herbs is the latest major UKbased retailer to set its sights on the Irish market. Following the opening of its new store on Liffey Street in Dublin recently, Ganly Walters and Lisney have been instructed to acquire further prime sites to rent in high-street and shopping centre locations throughout the country.

The joint agents have already secured 12 prime retail outlets on behalf of Dr & Herbs over the past four months.

Ganly Walters and Lisney have agreed terms on a further "ve outlets and the Grafton Street store is due to open shortly. The agents are keen to hear of further opportunities.
