Luton manager Mike Newell could face disciplinary action after launching an attack on foreign players and match of"cials after his side's dramatic 3-2 defeat at West Brom in the Coca-Cola Championship.
The controversial Newell claims the game in England has gone "too soft" due to the influx of players from the continent.
Newell's outburst came after two goals in the last three minutes from Kevin Phillips earned Albion a dramatic win which pushed them up to fourth in the table. He questioned the interpretation of an incident prior to the second Baggies goal when play was waved on as Luton player David Bell lay injured.
"I'm old fashioned and I'm a traditionalist, and when a player kicks a ball out of play and a player gets up immediately it annoys me more than anything else in the world because we are going soft. We are going soft because of all the foreigners that have come over because that's what they do. As soon they are touched, they go to ground, " he said.
"I will never have a player feigning injury, ever. I don't want those players in my side. You have this kicking the ball out and then someone gets straight up. They should be embarrassed."
