IRISH chartered accountant firm, MKO Partners, have closed a Euro17.5m deal to buy a Swedish shopping centre on behalf of its private clients.
The newly-acquired commercial property is located in Gothenburg and comprises a total of close to 5,000 square metres (4,754).
Timothy O'Reilly, managing partner at MKO, described the purchase as a "high quality five year investment".
Sweden's steady economy was a factor in choosing the location.
"We chose Sweden since it is at the hub of the Nordic region. Gothenburg has a reputation as a successful business region and is the fastest growing region in Sweden in terms of GDP, " he said.
