In an article contained in Tribune Business on February 11, 2007, it was stated that Ken Hutton remains as commercial director for News International Ireland but that it is widely believed among advertising sources that his departure is imminent. We would like to clarify that Hutton resigned from News International approximately six months ago to pursue other interests and is currently working out his contractual notice.
Hutton has also been has also been asked, and has agreed, to remain his current position for a further three months.
