BEST MORTGAGE SWITCHER
Halifax will pay 1,000 towards the cost of legal fees associated with switching your mortgage to them, and will also pay up to 150 to cover the valuation fees.
The legal fees contribution will have to be repaid if you decide to switch your mortgage away from Halifax within five years.
Ulster Bank will pay all the legal fees associated with switching your mortgage. The only provision is that you must stay with them for 5 years.
IIB Homeloans will contribute up to 750 towards your legal fees but the loan amount must be over 200,000.
