Demand is likely to be high at the development, which is across the road from the hugely successful Eden Gate, where over 370 houses and apartments sold out at launch last year. Comprised of family homes and apartments, 30 units are available in the first phase, which are being released along with show units. Building work commenced last autumn and Cosgraves expect the entire development of 70 houses and apartments to be ready for occupation in May.
