PAUL CARBERRY suffered a pre-Cheltenham scare when a horse stood on his foot at home yesterday.
The jockey was forced out of the weekend meetings at Navan yesterday and at Leopardstown today, but plans to return to action at Thurles on Thursday.
"I believe a horse stood on his foot and it's sore.
He'll be OK for Thursday and he'll be fine for Cheltenham, " said his agent Ciaran O'Toole.
Carberry missed a winner for his boss Noel Meade when Alqaab obliged in the opening Kilberry Maiden Hurdle.
