CHOICE WORDS

It was a pity that happened. I do understand it's emotional and I understand how the players are feeling. Arsenal were losing the final so I think their emotions took over. It was a great game between two teams with two different styles but history will show we have taken the cup home Jose Mourinho keeps on throwing punches after the bell signals their Carling Cup success against Arsenal

We don't agree with the statement of the linesman. I think it's a lie. I feel Adebayor didn't punch anybody so when the linesman says he punched somebody, he lies. He comes out now and says Adebayor punched Lampard. I'd like Lampard to come out and say Adebayor punched him Arsene Wenger keeps on throwing punches after the bell signals their Carling Cup defeat against Chelsea I want to finish off with a bang before I go on to my next chapter in life. That's the way I see it. I want to make my last years as good as possible. I don't want to finish up in three years time being beaten in the first round because people have short memories Sen g hAilpn announces that an era will end in three years when he walks away. . .

I want to be able to play senior hurling with Galway for many years, but there is a real danger of suffering burnout if I begin now.

Also there is a life outside hurling and I want to enjoy it while I can.

You can be totally consumed by the game once you start playing and, while I have great passion for hurling and want to play senior with Galway some day, I want to take it one step at a time . . . while Joe Canning makes us wait for his era to begin It's not a big issue, nobody was seriously hurt. I just made sure that everyone went their separate ways and there was nothing else to it. It's regrettable that anything should happen but things happen every weekend that people don't want to Mickey Harte plays down the trouble that began in a Tipperary hotel when wedding guests sang 'God Save The Queen' at the Tyrone football panel. Bizarre We always said that the construction period would be in the order of 29 months. That timeframe means that the requirement of the IRFU and FAI to use Croke Park would go beyond 2008 We always said this would happen. Minister John O'Donoghue panics before Lansdowne Road's planning application has been cleared There's a lot of talk about how we will do this year. A lot of it is wild talk to a certain extent. I don't want people to go into a depression when we lose just as I don't want people to get too excited when we beat the likes of a Kerry team still recovering from the All Ireland celebrations Mayo manager John O'Mahony attempts to dampen expectations. Some chance
