Cabinteely is regarded as one of Dublin's best suburban addresses, defined by mature residential roads of semi-detached homes, ideal for families, and with 70 -acre Cabinteely Park being just one of many amenities on the doorstep. This part of Dublin 18 has good links to the city with both a new QBC and plans underway for the proposed extension of the Luas to Loughlinstown

Prices in The Park vary from a three-bed semi-d at Highland Grove new on the market for Euro705,000 to No 4 Sycamore Green, a four-bed semi with an asking price of Euro800,000. A modern two-bed in Brennanstown Square is priced Euro545,000.

Good news for homeowners is that there is nowhere left to build, and as a consequence there are lower densities, a lower skyline and much more green open spaces than most other districts in Dublin.
A number of homeowners selling up on the same road last autumn came together to offer a developer a larger than usual site in the area - further evidence that development land in Cabinteely is now almost non-existent.
