Navan Road, Dublin 15: from Euro405,000

A NUMBER of two-bed apartments and a showhome penthouse are available for sale at the Crescent, Earlswood, the very popular Rathborne estate just off the Navan Road in Dublin 15. The first 36 apartments sold out when launched earlier this year.

Located on the former estate owned by the Rathborne family of candle-making fame, Earlswood comprises four blocks of apartments with 18 units in each.

Location is a strong selling factor here, according to the agents, with the city centre less than four miles away. Added to this, the development has an excellent bus service to the city centre and a Superquinn supermarket on-site, while nearby areas include the Navan Road, Ashtown and Castleknock.

The two-bed apartments are spacious, ranging from 78sq m to 80sq m (840sq ft to 860sq ft) and include Nolan fitted kitchens with wall and floor tiling, recessed lighting, south-facing balconies and access to communal garden.

The three-bed (all en-suite) showhouse penthouse designed by Nicola Pollard is 145sq m (1,560sq ft) and features three large terraces. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and all fixtures and fittings are included in the sale.

Price: two-bed apartments from Euro405,000; threebed penthouse from Euro710,000 Agent: Savills Hamilton Osborne King, 01-618 1300
