Hollystown, Dublin 15: from Euro745,000
June Edwards

BHG Homes recently launched nine large detached family-style homes onto the market at Hollystown in Dublin 15.

With prices from Euro745,000, Chapelton is largely aimed at the trader-up market, people looking for good-sized family homes close to schools and good road networks. The development is also very close to Hollystown golf course.

Spacious and detached, homes here have a traditonal look, and are finished in a mix of redbrick and smooth render. Timber windows and doors, overhanging porches and deep-pitched roofs give the properties a sense of old-fashioned charm. A small scheme of homes, Chapelton will be well landscaped, and there is plenty of space for parking.

Close to Clonee and Blanchardstown, Hollystown is between the N2 and N3, both providing easy access to the M50 and M1.

Shopping and sporting facilities are available at nearby Tyrellstown, Blanchardstown and Castleknock, while the immediate area has a good selection of schools and childcare facilities. Other nearby facilities include a third-level Institute of Technology and National Aquatic Centre in Blanchardstown.

These are good-sized houses ranging from 165sq m to 175sq m (1,775sq ft to 1,883sq ft). Laid out over three levels, accommodation includes a hall, a bright living room with double windows to the front, large kitchen spanning the width of the house, utility room, and small study at ground level.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the second floor is taken up by a spacious master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
