Cultural centres grow up too, you know. This year marks the 12th birthday of children's centre the Ark in Dublin's Temple Bar, which has a special Year of Childhood programme celebrating its last year as 'a child'. Figure Me Out is a series of once-off visualarts workshops for children.
Using a range of disciplines from drawing, digital animation and photography, the children will work with the Ark's artist in residence, Yvonne Cullivan, to investigate aspects of their bodies and shapes and places we inhabi.
