The centre comprises a two-storey building with six retail units on the ground floor and four office suites overhead.

There is an adjacent creche facility for sale and the development includes 70 surface car-park spaces.

Three of the retail units are currently terms agreed.

The remainder, measuring between 97.5 and 100sq m, are available for sale at quoting prices from 650,000 to 675,000.
