The development, by Maplewood Developments, is ideally located at the northern edge of Adamstown closest to Superquinn Shopping Centre and the N4. The new local centre (with shops, etc) and the primary school will be located at Tandy's Lane Village only a short walk away. Additional infrastructure plans include a new train station at Adamstown due to open 10 April, with a link to Heuston in 15 minutes. Most apartments will have balconies finished with glass and masonry balustrades with decking underfoot, while all houses are fitted with garden decking. There is a generous fireplace allowance for four and five-bed house and select three-beds.
