THE latest cookbook to hit the shelves this week is 'Eden' (published by Gill and MacMillan), named after the ever popular restaurant in Temple Bar.
Written by Ballymaloe graduate Eleanor Walsh, who helped set up Eden, and head chef Michael Durkin, this book has all the great recipes that has made Eden such a favourite for so many people in the last 10 years. Whether it is the Eden Cocktail you love (my favourite! ) or their delicious organic beef and Guinness stew, there is sure to be something in this cookbook to whet your appetite and get you into the kitchen.
