Two new experienced appointments come on board at Treasury Holdings

TREASURY HOLDINGS has appointed Derek Nolan director of development, with responsibility for a portfolio of projects including the high profile state of the art Central Park.

Nolan has over 25 years experience in the property industry and joins from Lend Lease where he held the position of project director, working on major developments including most recently Stockport Town Centre and the regeneration of Canning Town in London. Prior to that, he was deputy project head for the new European headquarters for Citibank in Canary Wharf.

Nolan is a qualified architect, with a BArch from University College Dublin and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 1994.

A second appointment at the company sees Brian Kehoe as development manager. He will be responsible for managing aspects of specific developmental projects, sourcing new leads and securing new purchases and will play a central role in Spencer Dock, Ireland's largest and most ambitious urban regeneration project.

Kehoe brings vast experience to the role, having worked as a senior quantity surveyor with Bruce Shaw Partnership for the last five years. He also held the role of construction development manager with Kendar Global Properties.

Kehoe qualified with an honours degree in construction economics and management from Bolton Street, Dublin Institute of Technology. He is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is also accredited by the society as a conservation surveyor.
