HUMVEE-DRIVING California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger put some distance between himself and what he called "serious tree huggers" at a global warming conference on Thursday. Arguing that the green movement couldn't advance by inducing guilt, he advocated the sort of passion-based approach that recently saw him fit an 800hp biodiesel engine to a 1965 Chevrolet Impala on MTV's Pimp My Ride. "We don't have to take away the muscle cars, " he said. "We have to make those cars more environmentally muscular."
