UUP leader calls for party reform



THE UUP must reform to boost its electoral appeal, party leader Reg Empey told the party's AGM yesterday. The DUP could not be held responsible for divisions within the UUP, the party had created its own divisions, he said. He also said the mutual loathing between the DUP and SF did not serve the people of NI and the UPP must offer an alternative.
