TDs to challenge Dail in High Court



TWO independent TDs, Catherine Murphy and Finian McGrath, will bring a motion before the High Court tomorrow against the government stating the current Dail constituencies are unconstitutional. The challenge is seen as a major worry for the government which last autumn ruled out changes to Dail constituencies ahead of the election.
