Bective Lodge: from 320,000 Luxury lodge living in Meath
June Edwards

BECTIVE Lodge is a pretty new residential development in Kilmessan, Co Meath. Developed by Drumloe Properties and designed by Henry J Lyons architects, Bective Lodge comprises a mix of three- and four-bed houses in traditional style with overhanging porches and front and back gardens . . .a rarity in new developments nearer the city.

Three-bed semis are larger than average at 114sq m (1220sq ft), while four-bed dormer bungalows are very spacious at 150sq m (1625sq ft).

All homes have large windows to the front and rear, making interiors bright and airy. Kitchens are contemporary high-gloss and lead into openplan dining rooms.

The development is set in the village and close to local amenities, while just eight miles away Navan town has a great selection of shops, schools, restaurants, cinema and businesses.
