PIERSE Homes has released a new phase of 30 homes at Eden, its 250m landmark development in Cork city. Located at Blackrock, an area that has undergone considerable regeneration in recent years, these homes are very close to Cork City.
The current phase known as Waterside at Eden comprises a mix of apartments, duplexes and houses built within the grounds of the old Ursuline Convent.
An impressive setting entered via a tree-lined avenue, Eden will comprise a total of 550 homes when complete. A lot of work has gone into preserving the old character of the site, and developing the gardens. The one-bed apartments have a floor area of 46 sq m, (495sq ft) while two-beds are from 71 to 85sq m (764 to 915sq ft), and three-bed duplexes range from 97 to 100sq m (1044 to 1076sq ft).
Designed by architects O'Mahony Pike, homes at Eden are contemporary in style, with extensive glazing and large balconies.
