LADY IN RED

I don't like to admit it but the new M&S fashion campaign featuring Myleene Klass really works for me.

Not only does it put me in the mood for summer, it touches all the bases that only M&S can. Sweet, fresh and utterly, utterly safe, it'll do for nearly every kind of summer occasion from here on in. Not sure what that traily thing is at the back but, other than that, perfect!

BARGAIN TOWN

It's become a bit of a pub cliche now . . . all this "where did you get that, it's fab! "This old thing?

Penneys, 2!" . . . and this summer they have done it again.

Pictured here is a dress for 7 which, with its pool chic designer undertones, is clearly a jaw-dropping bargain. Just how clothes can be designed and manufactured on such a shoestring does remain a mystery.

Either the rest of the high-street shops are having a laugh at our expense (literally) or something is up. Either way, you need to park your ethics at the door of Primark as it was recently revealed they are the UK's least ethical company, scoring just 2.5 out of 20.
