CLICKS AND MORTAR Irish architectural photographer Gerry O'Leary (the man who shot film director Jim Sheridan's Dalkey retreat, pictured) became just one of seven Master Qualfied European Photographers last week when he was presented with the honour by Giuseppe Scozzi, director general of the Federation of European Photographers.
O'Leary also won best architectural photographer yet again, this being the fourth year in succession. The award ceremony took place at the Irish Press Photographers Association annual dinner at the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin, sponsored by Royal & Sun Alliance.

PWC SETTLES INTO DOCKLANDS HOME PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of Ireland's leading professional services firms, has relocated from Wilton Place, Georges Quay, to a new state-of-the-art building at No 1 Spencer Dock, North Wall Quay.
The new custom-designed building is a massive 22,000sq m, extending to three blocks and nine floors. Housing 2,000 staff, the new building incorporates a food-court restaurant and fitness centre.
The move follows the firm's continued growth, with total revenues of nearly 290m of which 210m are in the Republic of Ireland.
CORK SITE SET TO GO UNDER THE HAMMER In Cork, the Uponor site at the Bandon Road Roundabout is due to go under the hammer on 17 May, as the company has plans to relocate. Savills Hamilton Osborne King is quoting 40m for the four-hectare site with around 166 metres of road frontage onto Bandon Road. The property is zoned for industrial and enterprise use under the Cork County Council Development Plan of 2003, but the selling agent suggests it could be re-zoned subject to planning permission.
