Alymer Heath: from 385,000



KNIGHTSTONE Construction has released the first phase of 43 two-, three- and four-bed homes at Alymer Heath, its latest residential scheme in Newcastle, Co Dublin.

When completed there will be a total of 113 houses onsite.

Newcastle is a small village close to Celbridge, Rathcoole, Saggart and Peamount. It is 20km southwest of Dublin city centre.

The village has plenty of shops and local facilities and there is a range of primary and secondary schools nearby.

Newcastle is served by Dublin Bus, while nearby Celbridge has a train to Heuston Station every 17 minutes. The N7, M4 and M50 are all also closeby. All homes have private gardens and include standard features such as Italian-style Nolan kitchens, fitted wardrobes, fireplaces, contemporary bathrooms and en-suites.
