MOORE STREET MALL, Ireland's first multicultural shopping centre, has officially opened its doors, offering consumers the opportunity to experience a diverse shopping environment.
The indoor centre brings traders from the country's expanding multicultural community together under one roof in a dedicated shopping venue.
Constructed by Shelbourne Development, Moore Street Mall consists of approximately 2,700sq m of retail space with over 30 individual retail units.
The centre is located at the junction of Parnell Street and Moore Street.
"This area of Dublin has always been synonymous with independent trading and I've no doubt shoppers will welcome the Mall as an exciting addition to the already thriving Moore Street and Henry Street area, " says centre manager, John Bukarica.
Moore Street Mall marks the final stages of the extensive redevelopment work carried out by Shelbourne Development over the past number of years in the area as part of its Parnell Plaza project.
Moore Street Mall is also within Dublin City Council's O'Connell Street integrated area plan.
The site was acquired by Shelbourne over a two-year period from over 30 interests and the new development comprises the 253bedroom Jury's Inn Hotel, 4,700sq m of retail accommodation and 2,800sq m of office space.
