Life's a beach in Bettystown Roseville: from 430,000
June Caldwell

BETTYSTOWN in Co Meath is a renowned coastal area of striking beauty and a familiar holiday spot for thousands every year.

This weekend buyers will be given a rare opportunity to purchase a new home within this scenic coastal hotspot with the launch of the first phase of 18 spacious four-bed semi-detached and detached houses at Roseville.

All houses have been designed to a high standard and include bay windows, floor tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, quality fitted kitchens with appliance allowance and generous living and sleeping accommodation.

The four-bed houses measure 129sq m (1,385sq ft) while four-bed three-storey houses measure 155sq m (1,665sq ft).

Roseville is a village-style development with curved roads, pleasant cul-de-sacs, and open landscaped spaces providing a countryside environment within easy commuting distance of Dublin.

Residents can avail of the Arrow Rail service at Laytown, although construction has also begun on a new train station within a mile of the development.

The upgraded M1 and Balbriggan bypass have also shorterned the journey time from Bettystown to Dublin.

Outdoor types are catered for with Roseville being close to a wide choice of leisure and recreational factilities, including top-class links golf courses at Bettystown, Baltray and Seapoint, tennis facilities and water sports.

The new four-start Bettystown Court hotel with its superb leisure centre is a further bonus for local residents.
