Why did you start ecostore. ie?

I felt there was an opening in the market for selling recycling and waste management products to householders and businesses. The internet is a perfect way to do this, making Ecostore accessible to customers in all 32 counties.

Which products have excited you recently?

We stock over 150 items, and this is growing constantly. Right now rain saving water butts and home composting containers are popular with householders while our waste separation containers, like wheelie bins, and IBC units for storing liquids appeal to businesses.

Does a greener home cost much to set up?

No. You can buy a compost bin for 45 (plus Vat) which will take 50 per cent of the waste out of your wheelie bin. If you live in a pay-by-weight area this will save you up to 47 cent per kilo of waste in your bin.

Are you worried that as green issues become more mainstream Ecostore may come to an end?

No, Ecostore is here for the long haul. People will always require new products for waste, recycling and energy conservation to help them save money.
