Paying the ferryman to the tune of �270,000

PINT-SIZED singer song-writer Chris De Burgh showed a profit of over �270,000 sterling for the 12 months after February 2005, according to accounts just filed with the British companies' office.

Ferryman Productions Limited, for whom Chris Davidson is the sole director, showed a figure of �636,439 for its profit and loss for the period, up from �363,542 on the previous 12 months' �272,897.

The profits were down on the previous year from �348,631.

The accounts show cash in hand of �802,344 with another �100,000 in debtors.

The company valued its fixed assets at �6,816.
