Jack FitzPatrick has been appointed Chairman of PIBA - the Professional Insurance Brokers Association, which is the largest representative body for mortgage and insurance brokers in Ireland. Owner and Managing Director of Guardian Financial Services Ltd, FitzPatrick is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, a worldwide association of finance and insurance professionals.
ACCA Ireland has elected Deane Morrice as its President for 2007/8. Morrice, who will take over from Bank of Ireland's Des Hanrahan, is fund manager with the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers' Superannuation Committee (NILGOSC), the �3.2 billion local authority pension fund in Northern Ireland. He has worked with ACCA for many years, most recently having served as President of the Ulster Members' Network from 2002 to 2004.
