IN a bid to attract interested investors, one overseas property agent has adopted a novel approach to selling. While other estate agents are showcasing their overseas properties in hotel venues, Oceanico has taken to the outdoors to exhibit its Azalea scheme . . . a new resort in the Azores Gold Islands . . . at the Taste of Dublin 2007 event in the Iveagh Gardens from 14 to 17 June. "Visitors will be able to browse our five-star property exhibition while also enjoying the very best cuisine Dublin has to offer, " says Nikki Loker, sales and marketing director with Oceanico. Phase one of the five-star gold resort will launch in September 2007 and will include 210 apartments, 10 luxury villas and a condominium spa hotel comprising 100 rooms and neighbouring apartments, a five-star spa, a conference centre, swimming pools and tennis courts.
