Citadel Financial Advice Ltd. has appointed John Clare as Director of Operations and Strategy. He will be responsible for the Administration, IT, Marketing, and Channel Management functions of Citadel. Prior to working with Citadel, John worked in the financial services division of Unisys before moving on to Fujitsu Ireland, where he was eventually appointed Managing Director.
