THE FIVE-MINUTE INTERVIEW
PHILIPPA FORRESTER, TV presenter

A Phrase I use too often...
"Right!" as I put my hands together and call people to action.

I wish people would take more notice of. . .

'Embrace each phase of life for what it is'

The most surprising thing was to happen to me was. . .

My first pregnancy. It was both the most surprising and the best thing that ever happened to me.

I'm good at. . .

Being organised and multi-tasking. With three young children, I don't have much choice.

I'm very bad at. . .

Stopping what I'm doing, sitting down on the carpet and playing with my children. With us adults, there's always something else to be done so we lose the opportunity to let our imaginations run wild.

The best age to be is. . .

There isn't one really . . . I think you should embrace each phase of your life for what it is.

In moments of weakness, I. . .

Eat loads of Green & Black's chocolate, drink wine and watch the QVC shopping channel.

In another life I'd have been. . .

A gardener.

In a nutshell, my philosophy is this. . .

Enjoy today but be prepared for tomorrow. You only live once, so don't forgo trying new things.

Their surroundings. Too many people drop litter . . .

they should have appreciation for the environment.
