They vary. Shepherds pie is top of the list in four of the shops while Connemara lamb is really popular in three and hardly ever bought in the others.

I'd love to cater for Bill Clinton. He has a wonderful sense of humour and charisma and just oozes personality.

Crab claws with Marie-Rose sauce. Fresh cherries and peaches poached in Marsala with vanilla ice cream.
