Acquerello's organic risotto rice

THE preferred choice of Michelin-starred Heston Blumenthal and grown by the Rondolino family since 1935 on their farm at the base of the Italian Alps, this Carnaroli rice is aged for over a year giving it a really intense flavour. It also absorbs more stock than other rices while retaining that essential firm texture throughout cooking.

THE luxury organic chocolate house has just added two grown-up flavours to their very tasty range. 'Mint' features a fresh fondant wrapped in G&B's signature bittersweet dark chocolate while 'Almond' stars whole Sicilian almonds in cocoarich milk chocolate. The almonds are used with their skins on, which lends a deliciously toasty taste. Both are wonderful served with coffee.
