SAVILLSHamilton Osborne King is quoting 50m for a 'ready to go' commercial development site on the edge of Dundalk town centre, which is for sale by tender.
The site, which is zoned employment mixed-use zone under the Dundalk and Environs Development Plan 2003-2008, covers around 92 acres.
It has full planning permission for 110,000sq m of commercial space including logistics buildings, showrooms, hi-bay warehouses, offices, enterprise units and a petrol filling station.
To date, significant site works and ground stabilisation works have already begun.
The site is one kilometre north of Dundalk town centre on the R177 and is within easy access of the M1.
