Irish owned international development company Howard Holdings is developing The Exchange, situated in Croydon's cultural quarter, as part of a planned new dimension of the town's stg2 billion regeneration programme.
The apartments will be the first loft style apartments in Croydon and will occupy an historic old building, which formerly served as a telephone exchange. High ceilings will be complimented by a high specification interior including top of the range appliances and fittings as standard.
The residential element will comprise just 66 apartments, of which a limited number only will be sold to investors, thus reducing the number available to rent.
Dublin based investments specialists, Christies Estates has a limited selection of one and two bedroom apartments available exclusively off-plan with prices from stg215,000.
"We believe the location of The Exchange development to be the best in Croydon and the apartments the type of letting properties that will appeal to the professional and corporate sectors, generating consistent rental income with minimal void periods, " said Richard O'Sullivan, director Christies Estates.
