Portuguese property potential on the Algarve

Algarve Property Ireland is offering a new development of 28 architectdesigned villas, finished to a very high standard and located in Boliquieme, a village well known for retaining its Portuguese charm.

Condominio da Fonte is only a few minutes from the cosmopolitan towns of Vilamoura and Albufeira.

Boliquieme is just 25 minutes from the airport at Faro, which is serviced by daily flights to and from Ireland.

This fantastic development consists of two, three and four bedroom villas, each over three floors.

Every villa has a very large basement (with windows and bathroom), which has been designed to be easily converted to additional bedroom space, allowing a two bedroom villa to be converted to a three bedroom and a four bedroom villa to be converted to a six bedroom unit.

The large fitted kitchens come fully equipped and top quality fittings have been used throughout.

Two bedroom villas (200 square metres plus 29 square metres of balcony) range from EUR 265,000 to EUR 295,000. Three bedroom villas (241 square metres plus 47 square metres of balcony) are priced at EUR 325,000, while the four bedroom villa (263-329 square metres plus 46-75 square metres of balcony) range from EUR 375,000 . . . EUR 415,000.

The development is in the final stages of completion and will be ready for occupancy in the next couple of months. There is parking, landscaped gardens and a communal pool and the development's location in central Algarve makes it an attractive proposition for the rental market.
