THE Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (IIPMM) has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) in the UK.
This memorandum will lay the foundation for closer cooperation between the IIPMM and CIPS and will create a North/South dimension as well as a UK/Ireland dimension to both organisations.
The agreement will also enable both organisations to develop a joint approach to procurement and supply management on the island of Ireland.
