Clarification
IN OUR edition of 20 May 2007 in an article headed 'What further horrors will emerge in the review of the Dalkey baby case?' we refer to the judicial review being taken by Peter Murphy Snr, Esther Roberts, Margaret Stokes and Catherine Stevenson against the Dublin county coroner. We have been asked to point out that those proceedings are not being funded by any third party and that no funds except for outlay have been received by the applicant's legal team, Murphy McElligott Solicitors and Counsel. We are happy to publish this clarification.
