While the bad weather may be dampening our holiday spirit, on the property front the sun is shining, with some surprise sales for this time of year. July and August are traditionally two of the worst months for sales, but not for agents Lisney, which so far this week managed to get 1.695m for 'The Heights', a five-bed detached bungalow in Rathfarnham. The same agent also managed to secure a few more millionplus sales with Allagour in Foxrock . . . a detached residence . . . selling for 1.525m, and No 1 Auburn Villas in Monkstown . . . a three-bed double fronted house . . . selling for 1.5m.
