RIGHT: Tim Gephart and his daughter McKenzie Gephart came to Yamhill County Circuit Court in McMinnville, Oregon to support Ryan Cornelison and Cory Mashburn, both 13, (ABOVE) who were charged with sex abuse for slapping the buttocks of girls in their school.
Prosecutors told the judge they wanted to drop sex abuse charges against two middle school boys accused of repeatedly slapping girls on the buttocks because it would be too difficult to prove acts were sexual in nature. McKenzie said she was one of the victims slapped on the buttocks.
