THE Stadium Centre, a block of seven own door business units under construction within the Stadium business park in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 is almost complete. The units, which have a starting price of 265,00, are expected to appeal to small and medium sized companies looking for premises that can be altered to suit specific requirements.
The business park is strategically located 5km from the M50 motorway and the Navan Road (N3) junction. The area is expected to benefit from improved accessibility when the planned upgrading of the Ballycoolin Road, takes place shortly. "Demand has been very strong for the Stadium Centre due to its size, ample car parking and location, " says Steven Fagan of CB Richard Ellis. Fagan is also marketing an office unit in the Riverview business park on the Nangor Road.
