The site has a 46m frontage on Carmanhall Road and 49m onto Ravens Rock Road.

Rockbrook, a high-density mixed-use scheme by Fleming Developments, is currently under construction nearby.

According to Evan Lonergan of selling agents HT Meagher O'Reilly, "The subject site would be ideal for either a residential or commercial development, " subject to planning permission.

The site is to be sold by tender on 17 October.

HT Meagher O'Reilly is also handling the sale by tender of a 24.5-acre site on the northern edge of Ashford town in Co Wicklow.

The site, which is expected to achieve in excess of 21m, benefits from direct access from the N11 and also has around 375m profile to the dual carriage.
