FIRST-TIME buyers and those looking to trade up to something bigger in south Dublin, will be interested in the latest release of homes at Carrickmines Manor, the large 200m scheme on Glenamuck Road, Carrickmines, Dublin 18.

Prices range from 375,000 for a one-bed up to 795,000 plus for a four-bed townhouse and the result is a good mix of homes for a variety of buyers.

A short drive from Foxrock, Stillorgan and Leopardstown, Carrickmines is near a good selection of schools, shops and local amenities, while the proposed Luas extension will stop just down the road.
