First of all, France need to earn a four-try bonus point in beating Georgia. If they don't, not only will Ireland have to score four tries against Argentina, they'll also have to win by a margin of 50-plus points to overtake the Pumas on points difference. If they don't deny Argentina any kind of a bonus point in this scenario, then they'll have to score in and around 100 points to overtake France in the points difference stakes. If as expected, however, France get the bonus point, Ireland will need to (a) beat Argentina, (b) earn a four-try bonus point, (c) stop the Pumas from scoring four tries and (d) win the game by at least eight points.
Anything short of that and France and Argentina will qualify from the pool.
