A 3.45-acre development site in the centre of Dungarvan town has come to the market. The site has full planning permission for 7,500sq m (80,729sq ft) of retail space, 7,160sq m (77,070sq ft) of office space, 40 residential units and 464 car spaces.
Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds, in conjunction with DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, have been appointed selling agents for the site which is adjacent to the N25 Cork/Waterford route and is directly beside the Dungarvan shopping centre.
