Oui cando business
June Edwards

CASHING in on the current generation's fear of getting old and having little or no funds left in the government pot for pensions, Oui Can Do, an Irish-based French property company is offering buyers a 'pension supplement' deal.

Currently selling from plans and set to be located 20kms west of Paris, Saint Quentin en Yvelines is a new apartment development in an area that is considered an economic hub.

The area has good transport links, a young workforce, is close to two golf courses and to the Renault Technocentre, all ensuring strong rental returns.

On offer are a selection of fully furnished studios and one-bed units.

The development is close to Versailles and is just 35 minutes train journey from downtown Paris, and 30 minutes from Orly Airport.

Apartments at Saint Quentin en Yvelines are laid out in a four-storey building and are being built by leading French company Bouygues.

Prices start from 108,500 for studios and 168,500 for one-bed apartments. For further information contact Oui Can Do 01-211 0780.
