The jury in the trial of a Dublin man accused of murdering a 25-year-old father of two has retired to consider a verdict Earlier, the court was told the victim's brother was the intended target. 24-year-old Bryan Ryan from Sheepmore Crescent in Blanchardstown denies murdering Ian Tobin at Fortlawn Park in Blanchardstown in the early hours of the 27th of May 2007. It's alleged he took part in a joint enterprise to carry out the shooting, and that Mr Tobin's brother was the intended victim. The court heard that the accused was driving a motorbike, and that his pillion passenger went up to the house and shot Mr Tobin through the glass panel.
