The trial of an Irish man charged with killing his wife while on holiday in Spain eight years ago was postponed today because of a bomb scare. 39-year-old Dermot McArdle of Brockfield, Heynestown in Dundalk, Co Louth is alleged to have pushed his wife Kelly Ann Corcoran from a balcony on the first night of their holiday in Marbella in February 2000. He denies the charges. The trial was due to get underway at a courthouse in Malaga earlier but had to be postponed after an anonymous caller telephoned in a bomb scare which turned out to be a hoax. It's now scheduled to begin tomorrow.
